For our virtual camp, we'll pack up a bag for you of science activities to do at home! Your Mad Scientist will lead campers in demonstrations and activities (about 60-90 minutes per day) and set them off on their discovery with science activities. Online portions conducted via Zoom. Children entering K and 1st will need assistance from a grownup at home.Have more than one student? You only need to register one, but be sure to add on an additional activity bag!

Space Alien Travelers: Take on the role of a space alien visiting earth for the first time. Find out about how earth's sports work. Explore the animals and nature on earth. Learn how humans communicate with secret messages. Discover how earthlings can protect their planet. Finally, it's time to take off into space to return home as we explore space!

Earth Awareness
Discover how science will help Earthlings protect their planet. Learn the basics of water pollution and acid rain. Use the powers of Sol (the name of Earth’s sun) to make a leaf picture on sun print paper & to make nachos. Make your own recycled paper!

On Earth, you can chuck that space suit & enjoy nature! Learn about flowers & change a carnation's color. Pound real flowers into a mosaic on paper. Decorate a hat to protect yourself from the sun. Learn about animals & make a plaster cast of their feet.
Science of Sport
Discover how Earth’s sports work using Earthling Sir Isaac Newton’s Laws of Motion. Learn how Earthlings move & improve the sports we play too. Test theories with astroblasters and an egg toss. Find how to keep your balance with your balancing take-home.
Space Day
You’ve made some friends on Earth and now you want to invite them to your planet. Teach them how to live and play in space. Get the water to stay in the cup when it is upside down. Explore how space suits keep us warm. Experience a water rocket launch.
